Fallen Branch Farm was established in June 2015.  After both retiring from teaching, Paul (an art teacher) and Patrick (a landscaping and agriculture teacher) purchased a small property and moved from Kitchener to Huron County.  After much planning and construction the  property functioned as a genuine small-scale mixed farm.  After six years we found that, although we loved the community and the home we had created, it was necessary to move to a larger property with more land for the animals.  In August of 2021 we purchased a property near Mildmay and moved our farm 10 minutes away.  A passion for animals and healthy sustainable food options is central to our farming philosophy.
