You definitely need to try our newest lamb sausage seasoned with our traditional Ras el Hanout spice blend.  Ras el Hanout, a North African Spice mix, is a pungent, earthy spice blend with a balance of sweet and bitter elements, as well as floral notes from lavender and rose petals.  Its name translates from Arabic as "head of the shop" because all the best spices go into it!  Excellent grilled on an open fire, served with roasted vegetables, or in a tagine or stew.  Package of 4.
