Well, spring made a brief appearance at the farm. The bees were buzzing, the sap was running, the animals had a few good days lazing in the sun, and we even got started on a bit of spring clean-up. Since then, sap has stopped running, the goats are back in hibernation mode, and Jonny has been out 3 times to plough the lane! But, it hasn't stopped the piglets from getting out and having some fun in the snow. Our shearer hasn't been by yet which has proven to be a good thing for the sheep. They would be stuck inside to keep warm and they much prefer being outdoors. Fingers crossed, spring will be here soon!
